We respond within 3 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Please include your order number where relevant.

We do not operate a telephone support line. Email is our official channel for all customer, commercial, and legal correspondence.

3. Nature of Business

Glowstar is an independent design studio that develops and sells original decorative lighting and timepiece objects directly to consumers online.

Products are produced to order. We do not operate a physical retail location and are not open to the public at our registered address.

4. Intellectual Property

All content published on this website — including product designs, photographs, renders, video, illustrations, text, layout, and the Glowstar name and branding — is the property of the operator named in Section 1, or is used under licence, and is protected by copyright, design, and trademark law.

Reproduction, distribution, public display, modification, or commercial exploitation of any part of this website or of our product designs, in whole or in part, without prior written permission is prohibited.

Purchase of a product transfers ownership of that physical item only and conveys no rights in the underlying design.

5. Independent Design and No Affiliation

All Glowstar products are original works created independently by our design studio.

Our designs are composed of generic decorative and architectural motifs — the human hand, faceted and gem-textured surfaces, crystalline bases, and abstract tapered spire forms — which have appeared throughout decorative art, sculpture, and architecture for centuries.

For the avoidance of doubt:

  • All architectural forms in our products are original, non-representational designs and do not depict, replicate, or reference any specific real-world building, landmark, structure, or location.
  • All figurative elements are original stylised designs and are not portraits, likenesses, or replicas of any real person, character, costume, or item of property.
  • Glowstar is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, licensed by, or connected to any recording artist, musician, performer, athlete, public figure, entertainment company, record label, music publisher, film studio, sports organisation, tourism authority, landmark operator, or other rights holder.
  • No third-party trademark, logo, name, likeness, lyric, or artwork appears on, in, or is supplied with any Glowstar product.
  • Our products do not contain, play, reproduce, or provide access to any commercially released music, sound recording, or copyrighted audio work.

Any resemblance perceived by a third party between a Glowstar product and any other work, person, property, or brand is coincidental and is neither intended, claimed, nor endorsed by us.

We do not market, describe, or advertise our products by reference to any third party. Statements made by customers, reviewers, resellers, or social media users associating our products with any person or brand are made without our knowledge or authorisation, and we accept no responsibility for them.

6. Accuracy of Content

We prepare the content of this website with care, but we make no warranty as to its completeness, accuracy, or currency.

Product photography and renders are illustrative. Colours, finishes, and proportions may differ from the finished item within normal manufacturing tolerance, and screen calibration varies between devices.

We reserve the right to correct errors and to modify or withdraw content at any time without notice.
